One yearly payment covers your album, your address, hosting, storage and support for twelve months, with no setup fee. Or pay by the month: a setup fee, then a small payment each month. No per-person cost, however many relatives join.

Do It Yourself holds about 2,000 to 3,000 photos and Done For You about 10,000 to 15,000 photos. A photograph from a phone is usually 3 to 5 MB, so that is an average: pictures saved from WhatsApp are far smaller, and more of them fit. Videos do not use this space at all, because they are kept on YouTube and play inside your album.
Yes. Open the demo album and try every part of it: the family tree, photographs, stories, wishes and health records. It is put back every three hours, so nothing you do there is kept.
We email you before the date so it is never a surprise. Renew and the album carries on exactly as it is. Decide not to, and we help you download everything first.
Yes, in either direction. Start on Do It Yourself and move up to Done For You when the family gets ambitious, or the other way round.
If something is genuinely wrong and we cannot put it right, email us and we will sort it out. We would rather refund a family than keep money from somebody unhappy.
Cards work from anywhere. Prices are set in Kenyan shillings, so your bank converts at their own rate and your statement shows the equivalent in your currency. Families abroad can also use album.africa.
