A private album on the web, on an address we provide or one you own. Paid yearly, it runs for twelve months from the day you pay, with no setup fee. Paid monthly, there is a one-off setup fee and then one payment each month. The price covers hosting, storage and support for the time paid for.
Paid yearly, we email you before your renewal date, thirty days ahead, again a week ahead and once more the day before. If you do not renew, your album is not switched off the next morning: it keeps working for thirty days, we write to you twice more in that time, and only then is it made private while we hold on to your photographs. Paid monthly, we email you three days before each payment, on the day, and three days after a missed one, and the album keeps working for seven days after a missed payment. Nothing is deleted, and you can download everything at any point from Settings. You can pay any time at album.ke/pay.
If Album does not work as described, tell us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. After that, get in touch anyway: we would rather put a problem right, or settle it fairly, than keep money from a family that is unhappy.
The photographs, videos and writing you put into your album remain yours. We do not sell them, advertise against them, or show them to anyone you have not invited. We access an album only when you ask us to, for support.
Do not upload material you have no right to share, or anything unlawful. Keep your list of members up to date, since anyone on it can see the album.
We work to keep albums online at all times, but no service can promise this absolutely. Photographs are backed up to separate storage every night.
